It’s hard to find a shop you can trust for routine maintenance, but Matrix Auto Service is exactly that. I recently went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and an air filter replacement. The service was quick, professional, and the pricing was excellent. Mr. Alex is wonderful to work with. It’s such a relief to have a reliable place for my maintenance. I highly recommend them for any maintenance needs!

I recently brought my vehicle into Matrix Auto Service, Engine & Transmission for AC work, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Had my AC condenser fan replaced (which involved refrigerant discharge and recharge) and my water pump replaced and my ‘04 truck is in great condition now. If anything changes I’ll update the post but I definitely recommend this business. Price was solid for the work done and they were able to complete both jobs on the same day that I called for estimates. The front desk and technicians were courteous and seemed to have good technical expertise.

Stopped by for service after my engine started overheating, and I’m really glad I did. They replaced my coolant system and water pump quickly and professionally. The staff was knowledgeable, the turnaround time was great, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend this shop!

Dealing with auto issues ? Local / out of town, not a mechanic ??? Call Matrix Auto because Alex listens. I got lucky enough to get ahold of Alex on a Monday in early March and got the RV Ford E350 fixed on a Tuesday. If I got there earlier on Monday I'm sure they could have gotten me in and out in 1 day. ( I assumed it was 1 thing ) a well suggested *diagnostic* rather than a "measure once cut twice attitude" discovered 3 Broken things ... this cost me $200 up front but it was well worth the cost for the saftey and security for the rest of my trip. Plus the fee was included in my estimate total. Of course the final cost was not what I assumed it would be as I drove the vehicle there (Estimate was solid; I just wasn't expecting the other issues but I was aware of the signs) Alex and the team made adjustments where possible between parts and labor. I brought some of my own parts and they installed them for me without hassle, shopped for replacements with little to no mark up. Nice clean reception area. Easy Access to the shop, near highway & shopping... wifi etc good communication with all his clients ! ETC good people- straight shooter $ ♡♡♡ ask him for coffee if you're ti
